What restored Allah to His Messenger from (the) people (of) the towns, (it is) for Allah and His Messenger and for the kindred and the orphans and the needy and the wayfarer, that not it becomes a (perpetual) circulation between the rich among you. And whatever gives you the Messenger, take it and whatever he forbids you from it, refrain. And fear Allah. Indeed, Allah (is) severe (in) penalty.

Whatever [spoils taken] from the people of those villages God has turned over to His Apostle - [all of it] belongs to God and the Apostle, and the near of kin [of deceased believers], and the orphans, and the needy, and the wayfarer, so that it may not be [a benefit] going round and round among such of you as may [already] be rich. Hence, accept [willingly] whatever the Apostle* gives you [thereof], and refrain from [demanding] anything that he withholds from you; and remain conscious of God: for, verily, God is severe in retribution
That which Allah giveth as spoil unto His messenger from the people of the townships, it is for Allah and His messenger and for the near of kin and the orphans and the needy and the wayfarer, that it become not a commodity between the rich among you. And whatsoever the messenger giveth you, take it. And whatsoever he forbiddeth, abstain (from it). And keep your duty to Allah. Lo! Allah is stern in reprisal
What Allah has bestowed on His Messenger (and taken away) from the people of the townships,- belongs to Allah,- to His Messenger and to kindred and orphans, the needy and the wayfarer; In order that it may not (merely) make a circuit between the wealthy among you. So take what the Messenger assigns to you, and deny yourselves that which he withholds from you. And fear Allah; for Allah is strict in Punishment
Whatever Allah has restored to His Messenger from the people of the towns, it is for Allah and for the Messenger, and for the near of kin and the orphans and the needy and the wayfarer, so that it may not be a thing taken by turns among the rich of you, and whatever the Messenger gives you, accept it, and from whatever he forbids you, keep back, and be careful of (your duty to) Allah; surely Allah is severe in retributing (evil)

What God gave to His Messenger as spoils of war from the people of the towns is for God and His Messenger and the possessors of kinship and the orphans and the needy and the traveler of the way so that it be changing not hands between the rich among you. And whatever the Messenger gave you, take it. And refrain yourselves from what he prohibited you. And be Godfearing of God. Truly, God is Severe in repayment.
Anything from townsfolk which God has assigned to His messenger belongs to God and the Messenger, as well as near relatives, orphans, the needy and the wayfarer, so that it will not be traded around merely among the rich men you have. Accept anything the Messenger may give you, and keep away from anything he withholds from you. Heed God [Alone]: God is Stem with punishment.
As for gains granted by Allah to His Messenger from the people of ˹other˺ lands, they are for Allah and the Messenger, his close relatives, orphans, the poor, and ˹needy˺ travellers so that wealth may not merely circulate among your rich. Whatever the Messenger gives you, take it. And whatever he forbids you from, leave it. And fear Allah. Surely Allah is severe in punishment.
Whatever gains God has restored to His Messenger from the villages' inhabitants belongs to God, the Messenger, the relatives, the orphans, the needy, and to the wayfarer; so that it may not circulate mainly between the wealthy among you. Whatever Allah gave as booty to His Messenger (Muhammad) from the people of the townships, it is for Allah, His Messenger (Muhammad), the kindred (relatives of Messenger), the orphans, the poor, and the wayfarer; so that it may not become a fortune between the rich among you. Whatever the Messenger (Muhammad) gives you, take it and whatever he forbids you, abstain from it, and fear Allah. Surely, Allah is Severe in punishment.

Accept what the Apostle gives you, and refrain from what he forbids, and take heed for yourself and fear God. Surely God is severe of retribution
whatever booty Allah gives to His Messenger from city dwellers belongs to Allah and to the Messenger and to near relatives and orphans and the very poor and travellers, so that it does not become something which merely revolves between the rich among you. Whatever the Messenger gives you you should accept and whatever he forbids you you should forgo. Have taqwa of Allah Allah is severe in retribution.
What God has bestowed on His Messenger as gains of war from the peoples of the townships: (one-fifth of) it belongs to God, and to the Messenger, and his near kinsfolk, and orphans, and the destitute, and the wayfarer (lacking means to sustain a journey), so that it should not become a fortune circulating among the rich among you. Whatever the Messenger gives you accept it willingly, and whatever he forbids you, refrain from it. Keep from disobedience to God in reverence for Him and piety. Surely God is severe in retribution

Whatever God grants to His Messenger (out of the property) of the people of the towns, belongs to God, the Messenger, the kinsfolk, the orphans, the destitute and to those who may become needy while on a journey, so that it will not circulate only in the hands of rich ones among them. Take only what the Messenger gives to you and desist from what he forbids you. Have fear of God; God is severe in His retribution
Whatever fai‘ Allah has passed on to His Messenger from the people of the towns is for Allah and for the Messenger, and for the kinsmen and the orphans and the needy and the wayfarer, so that it may not circulate only between the rich among you. Whatever Allah has turned over to His Messenger from those communities belongs to Allah and His Messenger (the Central Authority). (The Messenger will spend it on): The Central Government (The Central Authority). The welfare of the families of the believers. The orphans. Those who still feel left alone in the society. The widows. Those who have no means of earning their livelihood. The disabled who cannot move around looking for the Bounty of Allah. The homeless son of the street. Those who are on their way to join you, and Those who travel a distance to seek help
What Allah has granted (as booty) to His Messenger (and taken away) from the people of the townships, —Belongs to Allah, to His Messenger, —And to relatives and the orphans, the needy and the wayfarer; In order that it may not (merely) be circulated between the wealthy among you. So take what the Messenger gives to you, and deny yourselves that which he withholds from you. And fear Allah; For Allah is Strict in punishment

And whatever the Messenger has given you - take; and what he has forbidden you - refrain from. And fear Allah ; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty
Whatever spoils from the dwellers of the township Allah has bestowed on His Messenger, shall belong to Allah, His Messenger, Messenger's relatives, and to the orphans, the needy and the travellers in need; so that it may not become the property of the rich among you. Controversial, deprecated, or status undetermined works
Any property confiscated from the defeated communities belongs to God and should be distributed in charity by the prophet among the relatives, orphans, needy people and the aliens in need so that they do not end up among rich and strong among you [as is the case of any war]. You may keep whatever the Prophet gives you but do not take anything from the confiscated properties which is not distributed among you. Fear God as He is sever in punishment

Whatever ALLAH has given to HIS Messenger as spoils from the people of the towns, it is for ALLAH and for the Messenger and for the near of kin and the orphans and the needy and the wayfarer, in order that it may not circulate only among those of you who are rich. Whatever GOD restored to His messenger from the (defeated) communities shall go to GOD and His messenger (in the form of a charity). You shall give it to the relatives, the orphans, the poor, and the traveling alien. Thus, it will not remain monopolized by the strong among you. You may keep the spoils given to you by the messenger, but do not take what he enjoins you from taking. You shall reverence GOD. GOD is strict in enforcing retribution.

Whatever (property and wealth) Allah has given to His Messenger without warfare as spoils, (taking it) from the dwellers of the towns, it is for Allah, His Messenger and for the near of kin and the orphans and the needy and the wayfarer. (It has been) so (ordained) that the (wealth) should not circulate (only) among your rich people. And take whatever the Messenger gives you and forbear from what he forbids you. Take Allah as a shield. Surely, Allah is Severe in retribution
And whatever (materials of fay—spoils) Allah restored to His Messenger ([blessings and peace be upon him] taking out) from the people of (the towns captured without war in addition to those of Qurayza, Nadir, Fadak, Khaybar and ‘Urayna) belong to Allah and His Messenger (blessings and peace be upon him) and (the Messenger’s) near relatives (i.e., Banu Hashim and Banu ‘Abd al-Muttalib) and the orphans and the needy and the wayfarer (of society at large. This distribution system is to ensure) that (the whole wealth) may not circulate (only) amongst the rich of you (but should circulate amongst all the classes of society). And whatever the Messenger (blessings and peace be upon him) gives you, take that and whatever he forbids you, abstain (from that) and keep fearing Allah (i.e., never scoff at the Messenger’s distribution and award). Surely, Allah is Severe to punish
What Allah gave as booty (Fai) to His Messenger (Muhammad SAW) from the people of the townships, - it is for Allah, His Messenger (Muhammad SAW), the kindred (of Messenger Muhammad SAW), the orphans, AlMasakin (the poor), and the wayfarer, in order that it may not become a fortune used by the rich among you. And the spoils Allah gave to His Rasul from the towns that were conquered without war are for the Rasul, his relatives, the orphans, the needy and the travelers... (Thus it has been decreed) so that (wealth) is not passed on only among the rich among you! Take whatever the Rasul gives you and refrain from what he forbids you... Protect yourselves from Allah (for He will most definitely subject you to the consequences of your deeds). Indeed, Allah is severe in recompense.

Therefore, all that Allah has bestowed on His Messenger of the resources gained from the villages' inhabitants under such circumstances belongs to Allah and to the Messenger, to the kindred and the orphans, and to the indigent and the wayfarer who, due to lack of means, travels on foot. This is to prevent such gains from passing into the hands of the wealthy among you. And whatever the Messenger commands you to do, you must do, and whatever he forbids you to do, you do not do,and entertain the profound reverence dutiful to Allah; He punishes severely
Whatever Allah made His messenger to take from the people of the towns, it is for Allah and for His messenger and for the possessors of relationship and the orphans and the needy and the wayfarer, so that the (wealth) may not become an item of circulation (only) between the rich among you. And take that which the messenger gives you and that which he withholds from you, you (too) withhold (yourselves from it), and fear Allah, Allah is certainly severe in requiting.
